Problem with upper keyboard

I have purchased Nokia N85 from Sangeetha Mobiles, Himayath nagar branch in Dec. They promised for free service after the warranty period. I had a problem with upper keyboard for which i approached the branch and paid Rs.2500/- towards the repair vide bill.no.1904 dated 8th October. Address of Service team - Sree Communications, #16-11-741/4, cheekoti complex, Opp. Nalanda College, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. And contact persons names are - Rohit 9985391666 & Sridhar 9160496666.
Till now the problem is not solved, and the mobile is with the branch. Request you to look into this matter ASAP and take required action.
