Ettery backup

Dear Sir/Madam

I am regular user of yours handsets since 2000. I have purchased Nokia N85 in January 09. From November 09 i am continuosly facing problem of bettery backup, slow processing speed. I have also admitted my handset for 1 week for repair in ludhiana customer care centre. I have also replaced the bettery twice. but phone was still not working properly. I again asked them to repir it, but they said that handset should be sent to Delhi.

Further, my cell is still under extended warrenty scheme.

Now i want to know the remedies avialble to me. How my handset will get repaired or issue me a new handset as it is still under extended warrenty scheme
