The NOKIA CARE service in nanded is very poor, especialy of Shivaji nagar branch. I went to to the branch in which Miss Reshma Bante as she spoke her name said that N-85 cannot be repaired here and it has to be sent to Aurangabad or Pune. Then I went to Chikhalwadi branch, where they accepted the phone for repair. There also different employee speak different words. There must one HEAD over all the employees working in the customer care.
