Egular sms problem

Hi,

I'm Aditya i have a nokia n86 mobile phone, phone is not good at all I'm consistently getting error in sending messages.

my phones imei number is :354203030566022

Message doesn't go from outbox its always extending the message sent time to 3 minutes from current time at that point.

i have gone to authorized nokia care in pitampura for about 4 to 5 times regarding this problem but they only format my handset and say this problem would not occur again. But it occurs again and again I'm getting many problems due to that because they format my phone it takes time to backup and restore my important info again and again

i 'm a regular user of nokia phone and i also owned a n73 but this problem doesn't existed on that phone.

now I'm really getting upset because of service and quality of nokia.

i wish you would take some appropriate action on this issue.
