Phone Dead and Customer Care Tried to replace a used one

I bought one new nokia N8 phone on 12/10 by paying Rs.24000. It was dead on 28/11. It got switched off automatically and it did not respond after that. I give the phone Nokia Customer Care in Koramangala Bangalore on 30/11. They were not able to figue out the issue there and informed me that they will send it to some other higher service centers and will get back to me. After a couple of days, they called me and told that my phone will be replaced as the original device is not repairable. They told I will get my new mobile in 3 days. But I had to wait for two weeks to get a call from the service center. Finally they called me to inform that my phone is ready and can collect it on 17/12. When I reached customer carre offiice, they showed me phone which is having full of scratched and thee stickers torn which was completely against what had been told to me as the phone which will be replaced is a new one.

I prefer you guys not to buy any nokia phones. Very poor service, customer care and you could see what happened to My 24000 rupees
