I Paul.t.baby an engineering student from Coimbatore... i bought a Nokia n8 (imei number:35268405562712) from Cochin 2-11-1991.i paid rs.24000, for the phone. After exact seven days (9-11-1991) the phone stop working.i went to Nokia care on 10-11-1991..They said that its boot failure. So they want to sent it head office. And it will take one week to repair. And they are not sure on that.i want to get that phone replaced. The problem is not made by me. And i will lost valuable details from phone.

What should i do?

Will they replace phone?
