Phone Dead, Need a replacement

Hi,

I have purchased Nokia N8 (IMEI # 352684045561599) on 1st Nov from Sangeetha mobiles, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. The phone was dead by 04th Nov, I have given to the service center (Navadeep Electronics Nokia Care center). They took 1 week to repair and they told me that there is a software issue and that was the reason why the phone is not working. Today it is dead again, I am sure that this is not software issue, it is a defective piece. I need a replacement/exchange for this phone immediately.
