Giving defective mobile

Electronics and household app.

Dear sir/madam,

I bought new Nokia N8 mobile on 29/10, the mobile worked good for 15 days after that the mobile is switched off automatically. I've tried to charge the battery and the phone is refused to switch on. On 25/11 i've submitted the phone in Nokia Care Center. After struggling with the customer care people, i got a call from customer care and said that i've got replaced by a new N8.After reaching the Nokia Care i was shocked, the mobile they are giving to me having scratches on its body and the customer care people are tried to convinced me. then i went to home and checked the mobile again. Again the mobile is not functioned well, the touch screen and the main speaker are not working. then on the same day i've given it back in the customer care and asked for the replacement on 17/12. they said that they'll replace the mobile with in 10 days.

I've waited for 12 days and called customer care on 28/12, the people are saying that they don't know the exact date and trying to convince me.

very bad product and bad customer recieving...
