Nokia N8
Phone doesnt switch on

I m very sorry to inform that i brought a nokia n8 3 months back and for the last i and 1/2 month i m facing problems as the phone hangs a lot and when i switch it off it dosent start, i even tried to charge it but still it wouldn't start .so i gave it to a nokia care centre and got my n8 15 days back, it worked properly for few days and i faced again the same problem so again gave it to the nokia care centre in guwahati.but truly speaking i m frustated with the response i m getting.the nokia care centre people are not responding nicely and i m in a fix .so, what should i do? should i approach the consumer forum or??? i m in a true fix...
