Phone was broken in 2-3 peices by Authorised Nokia Care, when i submitted my phone as it was dead

My new Nokia N8 suddenly switched off and i couldn't switch it on by myself.

I took it to Nokia Care, as my phone was under warranty.

After few days when i went back to collect my phone, i was shocked!!! they had broken my phone into 2-3 peices, finally they accepted it.

Now it is almost a month and now when ever i go there they have a new excuse every time and they give me a new date.

please help me!!!
