Not Working after 2nd replacement

Bought cell Nokia N8-00 two months back for INR 23, 000. One week after buying it stopped functioning. Nokia repaired it. 2 days later again stopped functioning. They took it back and replaced it after 2 weeks. Again 2 days later same sob story. Again they repaired it. Again same thing. Now after a month they replaced it. Exact 2 days later it has crashed again. I need my money back or a different model. Also this is a case of tremendous negligence and customer disregard from the side of Nokia.
