Dear sir/Madam,

Earlier Complaint

I am Anju, I have bought N8 of Black color having IMEI no. 352684045496556 in November. It has worked fine till April and after that I am going through some kind of trauma because of this. It hanged and went dead in April then I have taken it to Nokia care, Dwarka and they did upgrade its software and it was working fine till Aug.

Then suddenly its camera shutter problem arised as it was not getting open when camera starts, I took this to Nokia care, Dwarka again then they correct it in 4 hour and handed over to me. Then again in 7 days the same problem arose, I again took it to Nokia care, Dwarka and they have submitted it under ' Dead ' problem as they were unable to boot it after checking it. Again they upgraded its software and I was happy to get it back but it started hanging after 1 day and especially during calls which was very much annoying and its camera shutter problem again came into the picture within 5 days. and today dated 05/09 it went dead.

Sir I am a working woman and I dont have time to take it to Nokia care again again and again. Actually I am tired of this now and very frustated too. It hurts me very much that I have spended huge amount of my hard earned money on this phone i.e. 26 K .I haven't played any games on this phone then also I am facing so much problems. I have kept it like a baby, then also I am facing so many problems. I did't expect this from NOKIA.Nokia has a good image for me till I bought this cell N8.

I request you to please replace this cell with new cell or give me my money back because I can't take it anymore. Please do the needfull. I hope a quick action against this.

My N8 was sent to Nokia head ofice on 10/09 and when I went to collect it on 16/009 noticed after getting swaped internal hardware, another problem that was camera shutter didn't work properly and it was resubmitted again and sent to Nokia head office again.

I received it on 24/09 and find out that it is working fine in offline mode and giving problems in SIM mode as it was getting switch off again and agian therefore again I have submitted the handset to Nokia care (ssenterprises Dwarka) and when I received it on 01/10, I find the same problem again if store some data in it. It stops functioning properly i.e getting switch off again and again.

I know if it will be submitted again, you will start it and handover to me as repaired set in which I am sure after using 2 hours I will face some problem. It has internal built memory 16 GB of course I will use that and store my data in it and face problem again and I am seriously fed up of visiting Nokia Care every weekend.

As you can locate since August I am visiting Nokia Care every weekend with patience till today 2/10.And still I am having so much problems with N8.

I request you please Exchange my N8 (black) with new proper N8 (black/White) or either keep it with you and give my money back. I will bw very thankfull to you. Hope you understand 26K INR value of someone else money who has trusted Nokia and invested her money.

Please do the needful ASAP.
