Free Airtel Internet Service not received

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia N8 from Chennai on 23/1.In its pack its written an airtel offer such as "2gb internet is free for 6months with 2 months of 3G"... But now as i contacted Nokia custemer care (land no:04430303838) and Airtel Nodel office (mob no:9952434865) they say the offer is not there for 2012. I have proof from airtel and nokia site about the offer after 1/1... I also have the offer mentioned on top of N8 pack. I have even spent Rs:100 to contact the two parties and even thought of going to consumer court. Kindly help me to solve the problem...
