Screen Not working properly

Hi,

I just visited your Nokia care center in Borivli (Mr Nuruddin - foneworld_borivali@nokiacareindia.com), but their service is literally pathetic they have refused to take my handset in warranty, they said it was damage, its impossible after spending 8000 Rs only on screen any person care for that mobile like anything as I explain in my last mail & we are also dealing with customer but we believe on customer but your nokia person even not ready to open the handset, I want to see the damage & also I doubt your Nokia Care Borivli is not using the original spares also.

& Finally I disappointed with your after sales service in the future I will not going to purchase any Nokia Mobile & also I am going to advice others also not to purchase the same

Can you please provide email ID of your Nokia India Head, I want to send this message to him
