Inspection charges taken for handset

This is a complaint against one of nokia care centre.

I am having Nokia N96 handset. There is some display problem.

I went to NRI Communication (Nokia Care), O-9, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi-110024 regarding this issue. They charged me Rs 110|(Invoice No:9104} only for inspection of the set..

But for inspection of set under warranty doesn't cost any charges as I have gone to other Nokia Care Service Centers & they haven't charged me any single money.

I talked to Customer Officer there Mr Adesh Saini, who bluntly told me its their service charges.

On asking his superior contact no he again refused to give.

Its not about 110 rupees its that they are be-fooling the customers & earning money even nokia might not know.

I will mark a mail to nokia against such people so that they can be blacklisted.& also if there is any legal law I am ready to take that too..
