Eapir of my hanset in warranty

I purchase a nokia n97 in sep 2009 and after after 2 or 3 months passed the color of the body is gone day by day and now it's looking so bad .in between this i send it to care for repair in month of may the problem is my phone vibration is not working they get it repaired they give me repaired handset after few days and after that my screen unlocking button is not working good and after few days my screen unlocking button break and then i go to care for get it repaired but they asked that it's Ur bad luck that your unlocking button broke out it's not our fault and then i asked for to change the body of my handset because it's is not looking good then they asked it's not under warranty because as far as you purchase the handset you will have to laminate your handset for prevention. so i want a body replacement free of cost so please help what will i do because i have few days left for my warranty so please reply me soon
