SPEAKER VOLUME LOW, SIGNAL DROPPING, NETWORK PROBLEM, SCRATCH ON LCD

Dear Sir/Madam

This is regarding the complain of my mobile handset: Nokia N97mini.

It is only 4 months old unit and it gives lots of problem including Low speaker volume, signal dropping, network problem, scratch on LCD, Keypad lock button not working properly,

It becomes really very tough to getting the problem in such a high end set.

This is my Humble request to you please proceed this case so that I can get New Handset.
