got 1 years warranty from CELL PLANET but after 3 days only cell is not working

Dear sir,

I purchased a Nokia 97 MINI cell from CELL PLANET (Nokia Dealer), at- Hatotota, Via- Talcher, Dist- Anugul, Orissa on dated:-16/07 but after 2 days I started facing propblems in Standby and disturbing unusual noise from the set. Immediately I contacted the NOKIA Care Centre at Bhubaneswar (Twice). Deatails of jiob sheet mentioned hereunder. Still they are not able to rectify the problem. Even I am not satisfied with my new hand set. Pl replace it immeately.
