Not working

I would like to bring to your kind notice, that I have always bought your cellphones, this is my eighth nokia mobile. I have always recommended nokia and all my workers in the factory too have nokia phones. I have never had problems earlier but this particular phone, you can check the jobsheet and IEM numbers to see how many times I have approached the nokia office. (I have attached the scan copy for the same). They have tried everything possible and the problems still persist. This phone is for my business purpose which is why I have invested Rs.20, 000 for it. It is harassing and frustrating to constantly have problems and knock on your doors every month.

The list of problems are as follows :

1.Phone gets hanged

2.GPRS not working

3. Automatically switches off

4. Phone gets heated quickly

5.Keypad not working

6.Battery does not last even an hour

7. Contact list gets overlapped

8.Headphones do not work for even 2 months

With all these problems how do you expect to use your phone?..Although your people have tried several times, these problems exist. Therefore with no further reason required, I would like you to replace my phone with a fresh piece immediately as I am unable to function without my phone. Sir, I sincerely hope you understand my situation and urgency as I have a business trip to be made, I will appreciate it, if you do the needful at the soonest. Thanking you.
