Nokia/ Nokia 6700 slide
Product complain & no help recieving

Sir, I brought a Nokia 6700 slide from M/S acer's point, Dimapur on 12/07! That sir, I could not use sm features like photo editing and video editing just aftr 2 or 3 days of buying d product! Bt i could not complain it at that time bcs i ws out of town for few days and was busy enough in some work! Now when I took the phone to the Nokia Care centre in dimapur, they told me to return it next day after repairing! But wen i went next day they said they could make it because they are unable to download the required software 4m internet! They said they will need 15 days bcz they have to send the handset to delhi! The reason they r giving is funny enough and shows their unwillingness to solve the problem! So I took d handset from them n went to the shop from whre i buy it! Bt d peoples in d shop were so rude n not willing to hear anything abt complains! i remember the same guys were on der heals to serve at the time of buying the product! I askd dem 2 let me talk to the owner but of no use! Sir, my point is we buy n pay 4 d product just because of the brand name Nokia! I request you to kindly help me in this matter so that i do not feel myself cheated by some local rough guys! Unfortunatly, this is my 3rd tym whre i m at the losing end as far as Nokia is concernd! Till now I kept my faith on Nokia and did not opt 4 any other brand, but now pls help me n kp my faith intact?
