Voice distortion and battery problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Nokia handset on 8/05 product nokia C 6 white. After two days i found the battery back up is very poor, i have charged the battery everyday however for this i went to dealer whom i have purchased. They said u have to charged the mobile for atleast 7 hours in offset mode, i have follow the instruction what they told me, but still the problem persist. Now a days another problem occured of voice distortion again saturday i went to my dealer to inform the this problem about voice clarity is not fine and voice is distorted, nokia dealer person they committed the issue of speaker but they refused to change my handset. I frustated for this kindly help me out for this.
