Low battery capacity syndrome

I am manjit singh from barnala. In feb03 i purchased nokia e 63 from a.k. watch co. barnala vide bill no 8355.Its imei no is 354329047761296. From last days the battery gets low in 15 min. when i charge it then after few minute the screen display baterry full. when i go to ur nokia care centre barnala. he says its the low battery capacity symptom. after watching battery he says ur battery have missing the printing.the number is not display properly.we will mail the nokia if he responds then we will change the battery. i got a phone from nokia he says ur battery cannot changed because this problem is occured due to fallen. pls suggest me what it will do now. with regards, manjit singh
