Charged me money but dint change any parts

Sir i am deepak patowary i have purchased a nokis N97 mobile from a nokia care nad had good result with no complains . once due to rain i ot wet and found my mobile had water droplets sort of moisture in it. when i went to nokia service centre located at tilak nagar in delhi they said it is not in warranty as thr is water gone inside . i accepted it and asked them what is to be done they asked me to get it cleaned and it wil be charged for cleaning

while i gave it for cleaning i told them there is a lot of vibration with a buzzzing sound while i touch my keypad . they asked me to get the keypad replaced and said it is due to water gone inside and i also told them to check the camera settings as i felt the clarity of the camera is not as per a 5 mega pixel camera .i had given the mobile to the company and after 6-7 days when i got it repaired i paid them 2200 rs and they told it is fine now with no vibration and no sounnd and i was satisfied with it.

later once i reached home i could see the same marks on my keypad which i had before also only the vibration part was not thr and thr was no sound whn i touched the keypad . but i was never so keen to check the results of my camera as i felt it was ok. recently while scrolling and fiddling with my camera i could see thr is a option to put the vibration and the sound off or reduce its intensity .sir these people have neither changed my touch pad and nor adjusted the camera settings and just for no reason had charged me 2200rs .i had given a telephnic complaint also to nokia at 30303838and the refference number is 1-9533211958.
