No response from nokia care

Subject: - NO RESPONSE FROM NOKIA SERVICE CENTER

I ROHIT KHANNA resident of D-49-B DDA FLATS (OLD) PASCHIM PURI NEW DELHI-110063. I purchased Nokia x2 on 11/10 and after 2-3 days it was showing “BATTERY NOT FULL SHOW PROBLEM”. On 20/10/10 I gave it to the NOKIA CARE, HOLL NO 4 DDA MKT. 1ST FLOOR PASCHIM VIHAR NEW DELHI-63 (ph:01142321212) and they updated the software of my phone and replaced the battery but after that the problem continued. I told them to replace the phone but they didn’t agree for replacement. Then again on 11/11/10, I submitted the same phone and till now I haven’t got any response from them. Whenever they called they only befooled me.

So, being a consumer I request you to take an immediate action against them and get my phone replaced.
