One sim not working

Sir,

I had purchased 01 no. dual Nokia on 30.08.2011 from Jai Maa Durga Agencies Opp. S.J.S.School, Kutchery Road Raebareli-UP (India). after few days one sim stooped to work. I complained to Agency about not working of one sim but he told that it can not be repaired free and said, you have to pay Rs.500/- for its repairing charges. Whenever, it is yet not in Guarantee period.

Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action for repairing of mobilie.
