Defective Charge

This has ref. to above subject My son was given a Nokia mobile present on his birthday on 24th Oct. With in three months its charger stopped working. I took it to nokia service centre at Jail road hari nagar and I was given a receipt 203. I was also given a telephone no 011-65131050 which is always busy or switched off, to enquire the status of phone. 10 to 15 days time is given for replacement. How the mobile shall be charged for 10 - 15 days. In my son's opinion NOKIA stands NO KIYA (Nokia ne kuch nahi kiya)
