I have recently bought a new Nokia phone - Model 5230, (IMEI 357989036312794) from a retail shop at Mumbai. With in a day, I realized a serious defect in it, which is presumably a manufacturing defect. The camera hangs often. I took it to the nearest Nokia Custmer care centre and they have admiited a fault in it. Further they told me the repair facilty is not available at Mumbai, it is to be sent to New Delhi, would take around 7 days. I gave them the phone It is now more than 8 days and am yet to get my phone. As they have not honor the committment, I am not comfortable with the response of the Customer care service.

I did not expect a new phone would be defective and also the Company takes such a long time to repair the phone. If they can't repair, they should at least replace the phone. I one again request the concnerned person at the Nokia H.O / Custmer care and see that my phone is repaired or replaced without any further delay.
