Pathetic service: Damage of mobile at Nokia care cente

Hi Sir,

This is with referenec to complaint 1-11195730240 at Nokia care.

I gave the Mobile stating complaint that Hande set is over heated after 9 mins and touch pad response is low its is under warraent period. When i went next day thay gave me my mobile back said that its only software need to update we have done that its working fine. But when i checked that mobile hand set was damaged there are scrathches in side panel and lot of gap between top and bottom frame. Side kays are not working, unable to make caals. no audio touch pad not responding properly. Immediatly i gave it back, they said they will do the service and will give back in oneday. even after 10days still they are not in position to reapir. I did followup with customer care. Every time i am getting completely two different answers from C. Care and nokia care center. C care says mobile is ready. Nokia care says mobile had issue we are sending the mobile to delhi for the main Branch. Bcoz they have danmaged i requested for replacement. They are telling it will not be reaplced, we will make it work and give it back. whay should i take the damaged/serviced one when they have spoiled it. When i requested customer care top level manager details they are not providing. I dont know how to solve the issue. pl suggest me. Its really rediculous customer baring the effect for the damage of Noki care.
