DAMAGE MY PHONEBOOK

I had submited a phone (Model No-1209) in your service sentre on dated 7-AUG. JOB SHEET NO.- 589504886/100807/48. IMEI NO.- 351515044184838. Problem- Hearing sound problem. But in your jobsheet the problem was- No outgoing audio.

I recieved the phone on same date. But I found a new problem - that phone have no phonebook. It is a very big problem for me. I tried to contact in your contact number (03482324002) but the number was switched off (at 11am to 5:30pm on 9/8/10).
