Nokia-Super Nova
Mobile Handset Ring Broken

I have given my Nokia Mobile, Model is Super Nova at a Nokia Servicing Centre which is located in Babukhan Mall, Somajiguda, Hyderabad on 12-02 saying that Kye Pad is not working. They said Liquid got spread into that and key pad has to be changed and Rs. 850 is what they charge for that.

I did not want to get it done and asked to give the mobile back. They have given the mobile back but the ring around the Handset was broken by that time. I said it's not broken whenI have given them and asked them to replace the ring. They say it's broken when they have taken it and rejected to replace it. I left the mobile with them only. what shall I do now?
