DEAR SIR,

I purchase a h/s Nokia X1 dual Sim and from starting I was facing some prob. with this model. Then I checked it from your customer care service in ETA (office ICICI bank k upper). But prob was not proper resolved. Then I checked it in Aligarh near krishnpur tiraha. It was also your care office and they told me that your phone has been unlocked. And they didn't support me. Then tell me who's mistake. But i didn't check it any outer shop still phone have in warranty pl z help me...

I purses Nokia h/s because I believe on Nokia...
