Providing delay in information for loss phone

Espected sir,

i bought my nokia x2-00, having imei- no. 354854043268434, cell phone from the your authorised dealer magnet telelinks private limited, near hirapanna, haji-ali, i was using for 2-3 months but on 21st april i lost my cell while travelling near tardeo a.c. market, mumbai.i had suit a complaint for this in tardeo police station as well in the nokia care @ prabhadevi. but everytime i got the reason that whenever the person who had carried my cell start to use that phone they will trace the IMEI no. but still i have to waite for my answer... i request you to please take some necessary steps for solving this problem...

before this i have submitted my complaint to the nokia care center with my gmail account. but its shocking news that i have to awaite for the feedback.
