POWER ON/OFF Problem

Hello sir, i had NOKIA X2-00 8 months old, i have power on/off problem. i send my mobile for three times to NOKIA service centers. the same problem can occur repeatedly, in the last time the service center in-charge can told like this " This issue is not covered in warranty ", i cant understand this, because of the same issue can occur, so i am there. Those are not give a responsible answer to the customers. Those are mark this issue as a new one in its job sheet, please be patient Help me. How to solve this issue, now my new mobile as waste plastic box. Any one have suggestions. please reply me.
