Complaint against nokia service centre at Agartala

I have purchased a Nokia X2-01 from Nokia Priority (Prapti Telecom- Southcity, B003A, Lower Ground Floor, South City Mall, 375, P.A.S. Road, Kolkata-68) of IMEI No.- 356996046366216 & EAN No.- 6438158274600 at 16/06.From 20th july I have found that my handset is not working properly and displaying insert sim card. After getting the problem i have consulted with my nearest customer service centre at Agartala. They have suggested to me, hand over the set to them for necessary repair. After one month they have returned back the set but I have found again the same problem. And again I have submitted my handset to them but i have not received my handset till now.
