Camera quality is very poor when we use Flash

Sir,

I have purchased a new set of nokia X2 on 24th Feb. IEMI no.355367040865119, with the assurance of camera quality is very good.

Iam facing the following problem:

1. Camera quality without Flash is poor quality and it is not taking real colors and smoothness.

2. Camera quality with flash, only it is taking while light not the object. Four time it is flashing but the object is captured with whilte blurred in which you cannot see anything.

3. Hearing incoming sound is not able to hear on the road. Only in the closed room the sound is good but on the outside environemnt.

I need a better replacement or else money back. I trusted Nokia was good before buying but now I realised this is not even as good as unbranded set.

Please help me to get the better set or money back
