Complaining about the nokia care service

Dear sir,

I purchased the Nokia x2 on 06-11 at Dilshad Garden. After 2 or 3 days my phone began to create problem like hanging, self switch off, USB not connect etc. I went to Nokia care to solve my problem but their employees misbehave with me and my problem still not solve.that's why i m very disappoint with the Nokia care service. Provided that i went to again Nokia Care but I saw same behavior with me.so i request to you that please take action against the Nokia care which is in Dilshad Garden in East Delhi.
