Hardware problem

Dear sir

i have purchased nokia x2 mobile phone on 26 oct from nokia priority shop in my city.after 3 days camera of this phone is not woking properly so i visited to nokia care of junagadh on 1 nov for complaining about the phoneafter checking phone they find hardware problem in it nd they retain my phone for 15 days.within 4 to5 days this problem occurs so i went to the priority shop from where i purchased this phone for complaining and requesting for the new handset if posible.but they very rudely behave with me and not listen me also.so i want that they should give me the new handset.
