Nokia X3 02
NO Service

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have Nokia X3 02 which I bought in June. For the couple of months it was working fine, after a couple of months I went to the Nokia Care to update my nokia software. After the change of the software it's two inbuilt web browsers (Opera and Nokia browser) are not working fine i.e while browsing they are either not moving or moving very fast up and down which makes browsing very difficult.

So I again went to the Nokia Care at Lajpat Nagar Delhi. They checked the handset and told me that this problem cannot be rectified. They said You have to use it is as we don't have any solution for this.

I did't got them what were they actually trying to say.

1. Not to Browse any more on this Mobile

or

2. Sell this mobile and buy new one.

And I also told them they red key of the phone is not working properly. They pressed the key 3-4 times and said that it is working fine there is no need to repair it.

I need my hard earned which I spent to buy a phone form one of the trusted companies of India or i need solution to this problem.
