Nokia X3 02
No delievery

My phone nokia x3-02 had stopped working. Contact service was displayed on the screen. I was told that even though the phone was within the warranty period. The nokia set was handed over to the nokia care executive at the tilak nagar branch on 14/05. I was informed that the nokia set would be repaired and i could collect it anytime on or after 17/05. In the hope of receiving my phone properly repaired i came to the tilak nagar branch to collect the set on 17/05.It was showed to the customer care executive sitting there. I was asked to deposit the set once again and was told that the handset will be delivered as soon as possible. However no delivery was made that day i.e on 22/05. Eight days have passed and i still haven't received my phone. On contacting the nokia care no clear response is given and no details specified that whether the cell has been repaired or not or if at all it'll be delivered.
