Issue with model

I purchased NOKIA X3 in June and just after 15 days it has got the problem of RESTARTING/REBOOTING. I went to nokia care and submitted the handset. I got it repaired back after 10 days. Again 2 times the same problem occurred and so i got the handset replaced with the new IMEI no but the new handset is also showing the same problem. I think there is some loopholes with the particular model. What is the resolution for this problem?
