Pathetic After Sale Service

Electronics and household app.

I had purchase Nokia X3 on 3.8.2010. Within 3 months, its USB Port has been broken, though I have been using very delicately. I contacted Nokia Service Centre at Malviya Nagar. They had checked it and told me that the USB port has broken due to manhandling. The same does not cover guarantee/warranty and they will charge between Rs.1000-1500 for the same and return back my phone within a week's time after repair. I handed over my phone for repair on 15.11.2010 on their promise for satisfactory service, but I could not get it till date i.e. 25.12.2010. The service centre people do not put right their phones so unable to be contacted on phone. I have to go in person every time and by this time, I have gone about 18-20 times whenever they give my time but they are telling lies after lies. Surprisingly when I had gone last Saturday, they instead of replying to me, the person tried to look busy acting to repairing some phone and when I called him to answer why my phone is not being handed over to me, he vanished from the scene. What should I do now? Please help!
