Touch Problem

Dear Sir,

i purchasewd nokia Handset on 15.05. from the very 1st day touch is not working properly.

i launched a complaint against this in nokia on 26.05. they told me this is having touch pad problem and we will replace the touch pad.

and told me that you should get the set after change in the evening.

but from that day to till date 30.05.2011 i am unable to get mobile phone after repair, after making desperate calls there is always no better responce.

but i want that compnay should replace the same, coz it is very much new.
