Regarding Repai

My Nokia X-3 IMEI - 353796049769430 model got repaired from Nokia care 8 times, Once Nokia also swapped it but problem is still alive. I request Nokia to solve out problem but always Nokia Promise me that this time Nokia has solve out the problem but after some days it comes again. Always Nokia take 15 to 20 days for repairing & it happen approximately 8 or 9 times. Nokia also stop making New X-3 model because they know it is faulty Handset. Then why they are giving me again and again repaired X-3 model. I request them to change it with any other Model of Nokia. But there response towards it is nil.
