DELAY IN REPLACEMENT OF MOBILE

Respected Sir,

My name is R.Rathish RajPal. I have given a nokia X6 mobile for service in trichy N care (nokia service center). They said that the product cannot be repaired and they are providing me with a new mobile phone. But its been one month since the target delivery date. Till now they have not delivered me the mobile phone and if contacted about the same they are not responding well. Please help me to get my handset replaced as soon as possible.
