Power and lock switch broke within a week of purchase

I purchased a Nokia X6 from Croma Eva Mall - Brigade Road, Bangalore on 14/10. Within a week the power and lock switch broke, when we took it back to Croma they refused to replace the phone instead they said they got it serviced by Nokia and paid Rs.800 as service charges. But when we colleced the phone, the power switch was in the same condition and the lock switch was fixed upside down, we returned the phone back to them on 29/12 asking for a replacement but they refuse saying Nokia is not replacing. They said they will service it again but till now I have not recieved the phone, they say the parts are not available.
