NOKIA X6
Very poor Service

Sir,

I bought a Nokia X6 from Univercell in Mayiladuthurai in Tamil Nadu in July. After 4 months there is a malfunction. I contacted Univercell showroom in Nagercoil and I was directed to go to Nokia Care. So i went to Nokia Care at 7:30 pm and I was told that I should come between 10 am and 7pm. Next day I went at 9.55 and waited till 10.20 am. I was told to keep waiting by an ill tempered lady. I sought the manager and I could not get a proper response from the sales-person (s) regarding his whereabouts. You get good response only if we have to change batteries or buy accessories.
