I Nirlesh bansal have purchased nokia x-6 from nokia priority phone store hotel flora building dayanand road darya ganj n.delhi

vide bill no 24619 dt 24/09/10. IMEI no of the phone is 354316046140630 battrey no 4620400282110205856.06 70573

since than i am having problems with this set .firstly it was a problem with headset i got it replaced with the dealer than the battrey of the phone starts giving problem it discharges very quickly dealer also replaces that .the new battrey no is 4620400282110205935.0670573 .

its a music edition phone comes with unlimited download of music from ovi music but i didn, t get any message regarding the activation code for downloading the music as i started my phone for the first time.

for that code i am calling nokia care 01130303838 since 25/09/10 but i did not get any response as i was told every time that the tool is not working or the server is down or we are unable to generate your voucher at this moment and many other excuses like that.

today nokia care gives me a voucher no; KT8CSWWJZQSBLQYR but as i entered it it says not a valid voucher i again called up nokia care and i was told that voucher no. is ok but we are not able to validate because the tool is not working.

i cannot understand that whether i have purchsed my from NOKIA (world leaders in mobile) or from a local below standard company

if i am facing such problems with nokia than i am afraid to buy any nokia phone in future

is it only the responsiblity of the customer to call all the times to nokia care for such problems because he is being fooled by such a big company and after all he spend his money.

can you do something for such customers.
