Unsatisfied with the service done during the warranty period

Sir,

We are not satisfied with the service done during the warranty period. I serviced for 3 times, but still I am facing the issues. I had a problem with my mobile and it is getting hanged if i receives or make a call.

I gave it for a service to Rocky Agencies, Chennai. But still I am facing the same issues. I request you to take necessary steps to get rid of this issues.

I kinkdly request you to provide me another handset since, are not satisfied with theservice done by them.
