Non delivery of products inspite of advance payment made abt 45 days back

I made advance full payment for two 2 ton split ac`s for my office, I made payment abt.45 days back but the Eta O general people dont care anything and do not bother to reply or deliver.

I am making calls to their Delhi office but they ayr not at all bothered.

Kindly Please help.
