Compressor problem and service

We have purchased o general spilt 1.5 ton a.c before two and half year ago. on Febuary 2010 compressor of a.c is not working. it is warranty period it is replace but till today A.c cooling is not properly. we have complaint many times in jaipur branch against service dealer but they never take any action. Company authorise dealer has visited four times but still it is not working.
